  When we got there, the receptionist told us something like "your room is in block 8, room 3". When my wife asked her what does she mean by block 8, she just looked at her as if that was the stupidest question ever, and repeated the exact same words: "your room is in block 8, room 3". Instead of saying, for example, that the room is in the next building, where it was.

  The pictures of the room did not represent how it really was. We were 4 people, with my wife, mom and aunt. The two beds were literally on top of each other with no room to move. In the pictures they make you think that your room is just on the water, but the water was 100-200 meter away.

  Problème de sérieux dans les réservation et informations ne sont pas juste. Mais la bouffe est très bonne. Une chance que Céline est là pour sauver la fondue !

  If you are vegetarian or vegan, forget about eating anything there. Bring your own food because they can't accommodate.

  When we tried to have breakfast on the balcony at 8AM, a huge lawn mower tractor worked just below us, we could not hear each other at all. Why not mowing the lawn in a more reasonable time? In the room next to us there were people that were still sleeping and woke up because of that. We are on vacation, and that was really inconsiderate.

  Beau secteur sur la route des bleuets. Accessible en vélo. Restaurant sur place très bon et prix raisonnable! La vue sur le bord de l'eau est fabuleuse. Prix des maisonnettes un peu cher par contre.

  Condo's / Chalets waren niet beschikbaar, waardoor we een 'upgrade' kregen naar een 4persoons en een 2persoons appartement, op zich prima. Het water van het meer is echter sterk vervuild, dit lijkt natuurlijk te zijn, maar het is een bijna olie-achtige substantie wat zwemmen onmogelijk maakt. De beloofde spa bleek de afgelopen winter te zijn afgebrand, niks van meegekregen bij het boeken (wat pas ver daarna had plaatsgevonden). Waterkoker en theepot aanwezig, maar wanneer je om een zakje thee van 10 cent vraagt bij de receptie zeggen ze in eerste instantie dat alleen koffie beschikbaar is en na doorvragen dat je moet betalen voor het theezakje, vrij ridicuul. Wel is er een mooi uitzicht vanaf de ruime balkons, is de hygiëne goed en zijn de verdere voorzieningen aanwezig. Het eten ter plekke is vrij eenzijdig, maar in de lokale supermarkt is alles te halen.

  In the room, there was no soap, there was only enough toilet paper for one time use, there was no coffee machine as promised. In the next morning they told us "oh yes, in your room the coffee machine is broken", and when we asked for coffee they wanted to charge us for it.

  Der Spa Bereich war leider nicht vorhanden, da abgebrannt. Diese Information fehlt aber bei den Beschreibungen im Internet. Also, bezahlt für Spa aber kein Spa vorhanden.
